Williamson’s Reef may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Williamson’s Reef. 

SHIPPING:
WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY!!!

All items are shipped priority overnight using UPS as the preferred carrier. It will be $50 flat rate shipping and handling including box, heat or cold packs. You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee below becomes void. No local pick-up is available. IF YOU WANT TO ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID SHIPPING ON, WE WILL REFUND THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.


WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST OTHER THEN WHAT'S STATED ABOVE.

Shipping delays that result in live stock lost will not be covered under the Williamson’s Reef Guarantee. WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST.

Returns & DOA Guarantee:
We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

Refunds:
In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, the refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 20% fee.

Shipping Day:
After your order is placed, you will receive a email from us asking your preferred delivery day. We ship with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is sometimes available for $20 extra, email us if you need Saturday delivery.
